①　am は = (イコール) の意味だよ、という話をしました

I am Ken.  (I = Ken)

I am a boy. ( I = a boy)

I am 10.     ( I = 10 )

②  everydayは毎日という意味ですが、単数です。なぜならeveryに「それぞれ」という意味があって、意識が一つ一つにあるからです。
